Waitangi Heli Rumble

Scale Competition

Purpose

To get as many scale machines onsite to show off to the general public.

Time will be set aside periodically for scale flying displays if you wish.

Rules

Any model helicopter can enter.
The entry form (free entry) must state what Real helicopter the model is representing.

Competition

Model will be judged on 'scale likeness' to the real helicopter (maximum of 70 points awarded)
The machine must takeoff from a 1m square, fly a circuit, then land in the square. The circuit can be flown at any height. (maximum of 30 points awarded)

Winner is the competitor with the highest combined points total (out of a possible 100). Runner-up is the second highest points total.

Prizes

To be announced, this is not a serious comp but to get your machines to the event for other pilots and the public to enjoy them.
